Beautiful and slightly worn vintage Boucheroite rug ('bu-sjo-rit') handwoven by Berber women in the Moroccan Atlas Mountains. The name Boucheroite comes from the Arabic "bu sherwit", which means "pieces of scraps" and refers to the fact that the rugs are woven from scraps of wool and cotton. This gives each rug its own story and unique expression.
The blankets are primarily made of cotton and are machine washable on a gentle cycle.
